Friday October 19, 2007: 3 New Jersey Officers graduated National Staff College today. Lt Cols Sperry and Tracy, and Major Sands completed the week-long intensive course held at the USAF Air University's Squadron Officer College. Only about 5% of all senior members nationwide ever attend this course, a requirement for completing Level V of the CAP Professional Development program and the Gill Robb Wilson Award.
Special Note: We dedicated this achievement to Lt Col Jo-Ann Perrine who, as we learned just after our graduation ceremony, passed away this week. She was a great inspiration to us, and to everyone who had the pleasure to work with her over the years. She encouraged us to attend National Staff College, and will be truly missed.
