Thursday October 18, 2007: Here's the letter from General Carl Spaatz, dated April 16, 1963, granting his permission to use his name for the most cherished award in the Cadet Program. Numerous other letters from the various namesakes are on display at National HQ. Below is a new CAP vehicle sporting a fresh new look... a modern vehicle graphic "wrap".
